Pride of Workmanship Awards
Each year the club calls for nominations from the community of people who give that little extra in the performance of their jobs, it may be that little bit of extra help to customers, it might be for pride in their jobs. Nominees are invited to attend a presentation night with their partners and receive the award.

Miller College Awards
We had been involved with the college since its foundation in presenting and award which consisted of a plaque and a cash prize to the best student from each faculty of the college.
Unfortunately in 2017 the college elected to no longer participate in this award - our Club is trying to have it re-commece.

Nursing Scholarships
We are currently providing scholarships to three students studying Nursing at Charles Sturt University. Two of the students are mature age aboriginal students. The Scholarships are offered to students who have studied at either Narromine High School or Trangie Central School who are studying Health or Teaching Degrees at the University’s Dubbo or Bathurst Campuses. The scholarships were introduced as part of the Club’s Drought Relief Project in the area.
