Reports.
President – Charles Hili reported on the proposed BBQ to be held on Australia Day 2021 for Health and Emergency Worker at Liverpool Hospital, including local Police.
Youth Service Director – Shiva Nandan advised that he is about to start distributions of the awards and still has a few straggler schools to chase up.
Club Service Director – Peter Beadle reported on the Proposed Club Christmas Dinner at the Carrington Hotel Katoomba on Friday 11 December 2020 and circulated a final commitment sheet.
Peter advised the Black Rose Café will not be open on 12 January 2021 for our traditional Breakfast 
Meeting but will be available on 19 January 2021. As an alternative he suggested a “Twilight Archery Event” at Liverpool City Archers followed by a light supper – a commitment sheet will be circulated.
BREAKFAST BBQ FOR HOMELESS – Saturday 28 November 2020
Bigge Park Liverpool from 8 am to 11 am
We had a number of Members brave to scorching temperatures in the dessert section of Bigge Park with assistance from Amar from Turbans 4 Australia we served around 150 rolls and drinks. Because of the extreme conditions it was a slow morning and President Sam went across to the Hospital and offered rolls to any of their staff on duty - about 20 accepted our offer. A number of passers-by were also catered for in return for a donation.
In addition to the breakfast rolls we also distributed food provided by Turbans 4 Australia (Baked beans, bread etc to the Homeless who turned up. The surplus food and drinks were donated to another group who were catering for the needy over the weekend.
Again thanks to Pratech for the flyers and BigBun Bakeries for subsidising the Bread Rolls and to the many Members who made cash and other donations to support this event.
