President Charles Hili opened our Club Forum during which members discussed: -
- Bunnings BBQ at Cross Roads and it was decided not to establish a firm roster will members agreeing to share the duties evenly. It was noted that we need 10 people each BBQ to operate two shifts of 4 hours.
- Mountie's generous donation of Room Hire over the next 12 months was acknowledged
- Annual Circus which is planned for last weekend in September 2021, we will need volunteers over the 3 days it runs. At this stage we do not know if we will be catering at the event.
- Guest Speakers – it was suggested that we approach District to provide speaker on Rotary Projects such as RYPEN, RYLA, RAWCS etc.
- Drought Support in the Narromine Area is being wound up – drought relief vouchers will not be issued and available funds will be distributed to selected schools for excursions and or sporting equipment
Youth Service Director Shiva Nandan advised that he is aware of two nominations to attend the RYPEN Camp in May.
We have one application for our Nursing Scholarship at this stage from Morgan Adams, a former student of Trangie Central School
