A Group of 15 went to Wetherill Park TAFE for their Christmas Buffet. This was prepared and served by students. We had a sumptuous buffet with seafood, ham, turkey, a selection of hot dishes, deserts etc. We also received a complimentary cocktail (The Green Death – Midori and sparkling wine or Non Alcoholic Ginger Beer and Raspberry.

Ted Mlynarz reported on an enjoyable Christmas function held by the Australian Health and Humanity Aid group with approximately 100 people attending - A number of us joined with the Satellite Club and AHHA for their Christmas Celebration of Great Food and Questionable Singing at Canley Vale.

We catered for a Christmas Party hosted by Allam Homes at Ardennes Park, providing a mixed sausage sizzle and drinks for the over 200 guests. We were well supervised by Les Still.

We held our last event for the year when 30 members, partners and guests attended the Club’s Annual Christmas Dinner at The Black Rose Café in Liverpool. Anthony and his staff again excelled themselves. We will schedule this dinner for an earlier time in 2019 to enable more members to attend.
Memorial Service at Bardia Barracks Ingleburn – Sunday 17 February 2019
We have agreed to conduct a Sausage Sizzle on the day, with a difference. We will also be offering Meat Pies. Catering for up to 70 invited guests, feeding cadets and band plus any guests. More details when they come to hand.
Alec Muggleton Memorial Golf Day – will be held on Friday, 17 May 2019, this gives everyone time to work on their game. Autism Advisory and Support Service operating from 88 Memorial Ave Liverpool will be the beneficiary of the day. Grace Fava their Founder and CEO will be providing support in organising this event. Annual Circus – Subject to approval by Liverpool Council our annual Circus will be held in the Grounds of Bonnyrigg Sports Club, Elizabeth Drive, Bonnyrigg, NSW over three days - Friday 3 May, Saturday 4 May and Sunday 5 May 2019. The Circus will staged by Brophy International Productions they will also be doing the Fairy Floss, Popcorn and Drinks. As a Club will need to get the guests to the Tent where Brophy’s will take over and this year for the first time we will also be providing a sausage sizzle from our BBQ Trailer and selling drinks. There will be 3 sessions each day and we will need around 6 volunteers for each session.

On 2nd December 2018, Natalia and her Friend Ema arrived in Australia, having travelled from Jayapura, Papua via Jakarta, Indonesia. They were met at the Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport by Jim Rudling (Rotary Liverpool West), Peter Gray (Rotary Phnom Penh) and Greg Penno (Rotary Bendigo - Strathdale)
