Meeting 16 March
 
We had apologies from John Pillay, Russell Soedjadi, Geoff Gibbs, Pranesh Ram.
 
President Charles Hili opened the meeting and welcomed Guest Lou Nadormo.
 
Our Guest Speaker, Stacey Stynes from CORE Community Services unfortunately had to cancel and will reschedule for a later date.
 
President Charles Hili advised that the Club the we had received a Bronze Champion Award from ShelterBox recognising the Club’s continuing and long-term support.
 
 
 
 
 
 
NO MEETING TUESDAY 20 MARCH 2021
 
 
He confirmed that there would not be a meeting on Tuesday, 23 March 2020, this meeting has been transferred to the Restaurant Night being held on Saturday 20 March 2021.
 
We also have a change of Meeting scheduled for Monday, 11 April 2021 replacing the normal Tuesday to join with Liverpool Greenway Club to hear from District Governor Warwick Richardson.
 
The meeting will be held at the Warwick Tavern, Hume Highway Cabramatta at 7pm diner is available in the Bistro from 6 pm.
 
 
 
 
Charlie is also organising a Weekend in the Hunter Valley for the last weekend in July.
 
Treasurer Gary Halliday advised that our Annual Circus will be held over 3 days from Friday, 23 July 2021 in the Grounds of Liverpool Catholic Club. Stardust will be providing the Circus and under COVID requirement they can have 500 each session.
We will be calling for volunteers closer to the time to help in marshalling both the patrons and their vehicles.
 
PP Jim Rudling gave an update on the BBQ and Bunnings Casula on 14 March thanking those who volunteered for their efforts in unpleasant weather conditions (again).
 
Youth Service Director Shiva Nandan filled in for the Guest Speaker giving us a precis of his life from being born near Nadi in Western Viti Levu, Fiji, attending a Tourism and Hospitality Course where he met his wife, his career with Precision Coatings and his family. Thanks Shiva

Next Meeting 30 March 2021
 
At this stage it looks like this will be a Fellowship meeting – the 4WDers may give some details of their weekend under canvas in the Dunes of Nelson Bay.
The Meeting will be held in the Elizabeth Room at Mounties commencing at 7 pm. Members will meet for a meal or drink in Ovens Bistro from 6 pm.
 
 
 
 
 
The Club’s Change Over will be held on Saturday 17 July 2021 in the Starz Room at Mounties 6:30 for 7 pm.
We will be having a sumptuous Chinese Banquet provided by Jumbo Seafood Restaurant.
The cost will be $50 per person for Members and one Guest, the cost for others will be $60 per person.
This will cover a sumptuous Chinese Banquet, Desert, Tea/Coffee plus Tap Beer, House Wines and Soft Drink.
It should Be a great night.
