Geoff also met up with friends in Cairns, Atherton Tableland and Port Douglas.
The Guest Speaker was Alan Heighway who, although not a doctor, gave an entertaining and informative talk about the heart, health risk factors and heart attack prevention. Alex exhorted members to ensure they had a regular health check. Alan has survived 3 heart attacks.
