NEWSLETTER – 27 JUNE 2017

Dear Fellow Rotarians & Friends,

Tuesday, 20 June 2017 was a great Fellowship night. We welcomed two special guests Nilubon Chaiamrit (Too ) & her son Tai from Thailand and our regular visitor, Craig Steele.  Apologies from Jock & Joe Cimino, Karla, Sam Capra, Frans Buskermolen (still overseas) and Bob Groat who is still sick.

PP John Gibbs introduced our special guests, Too & Tai. Too last visited our Club in 2006 as part of a Group Study Exchange Team and were delighted to see some of the members that they met last time.

I showed 2 short video clips regarding AA4C projects in Cambodia contributed by Rotary club of Liverpool West and another one as a funny Love Boat.

On behalf of AA4C organisation, I, AA4C President, would like to thank RCLW for your kind support and donations.

The time is now to act for your kindness to be helping others.

“A simple act of caring creates an endless ripple.”

“It’s important to make friendships  that are deeper than gossiping,  having negative attitudes.

Make friends who you can get along with;

make friends you can trust;

make friends you can cry with;

 make friends who will lead you by example, support your life goals and believe in you.”

“Life is very short So break your silly ego, forgive quickly, believe slowly, love truly, laugh loudly and never avoid anything that makes you smile.”

Remember!  Our rotary club offers great opportunities for new friendships and personal development.
